Pizza was not up to normal quality crust was flatter and I asked to change my order to include stuff crest and the manager basically said it was too late that he would have to refine my money and repurchase a whole new Pizza instead of just charge the difference for the cheese crust.

Wonderful staff. Hot & fresh food.

The kids running this place are a joke. They don't answer the phone and were curing constantly in the two minutes I was there to pick up an order.

This place is normally really good. This day though it took them 30 min to get me $5 hot and ready cheese pizza. The gentleman before me wait 40 min for a thing crust and 2 previous customers came in to return pizza. Their service that day was terrible

They charge you for peppers and parmesan. Wont be back papa John's dont went there next day and they gave me some packets. Will be ording pizza from there for now on.

Totally get that it’s the weekend but the service was unfriendly and the workers said they were not making Italian Cheese Bread, with no reason.I genuinely feel bad for the staff as it seems management didn’t supply them to handle extra flow on a Saturday night.

This place has just gotten worse and worse since they changed up the store. A so call 10-12 minutes turns into 40+ minutes and the pizza isnt as good as it once was. This order, our pizza was hard and over cooked. Should of checked it before we left.

This place never has pizza ready they're always so busy they need to learn how to accommodate to their rush times. If I wanted to wait for pizza I would go somewhere else, the point of getting Little Caesars is because it's ready right then and there, and it never is.

The wait time is a lot longer than they told me, and the staff not was not helpful or professional at all.

The pizza was good. Went in during the week and there were only 3 others in front of me. Wait for my order took roughly 20 minutes. For the hot and ready pizzas, I'm surprised it took that long.

Went here last night to order a pepperoni pizza they said it was 5-10 min wait it took 40 min for one pizza that they managed to screw up my order because they gave me a cheese pizza. It was full of customer waiting for orders... The employees need to do their work right not ba. little Ceassrs should be ready to serve the public in a timely manner that's way they call it Hot In Ready.

Cheap and tastey

Customer service was terrible. Cashier walked to back and started gossiping. I asked for time on my order which was one pepperonibpizzs which took an hour. Very very very highly dissatisfied !!!

Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Two different employees asked my name yet my order was still put in the portal without telling me. On top of that I burnt my hand because these geniuses stacked three pizzas high even though the opening only allows two to come out. Screw these employees

Ordering food here is very much a hit-or-miss. Quality standards are literally anyone's guess. You either get some really good pizza or something that gives you food poisoning and leaves you bedridden for a couple of days, speaking from personal experience. You shouldn't expect much else for something so cheap, but if you're a broke college student like me it doesn't hurt to gamble on getting a good pizza here every now and then.EDIT: I'd suggest ordering with the mobile app before heading over rather than ordering at the counter. For a place being known for its "Hot and Ready" pizza, it's very rarely ready. Not only this but it limits the amount of interaction you need to have with the cashiers, who, according to some, are less than pleasant.

Love it its closeto home and only once in padt yr when getting a pizza that was alreay ready did i get one a little over cooked. When i went back in to ask for another pizza, manager looked at it apologized n gave me another one. No hassle n was very professional n pleasantWhen ordering never a long wait. Fridays r very busy so i suggest u call your order in ahead of time.

Worst service ever!! I got to this location well over 35 minutes before close and guy at register refused my order because he wanted to go home.close was not until 10 pm this location will never get my money or business!!

Lines kept getting longer, pizzas aren’t ready when we arrive. Customer Service really needs to step up here.

Think they had some staff let go. Came here 2 weeks ago and staff was leaving over 30 minutes before close telling people they ran out of dough. Fast forward to today. Phone ordered a pizza and it was ready when I got there. Even italian cheese bread. Both looked great and seasoning on cheese bread was great. Hope they keep this service up

The quality of food that we get is inconsistent between visits. Sometimes we'll get an awesome pizza others it will be mediocre. yes it's a cheat meal to get if you're in a crunch time for dinner so I guess you get what you pay for but I wish that the quality of the food was consistent from each visit. you're willing to play a game of Russian roulette for pizza quality I guess this is the shop for you.

The pizza is good... but everytime I have gone there IN THE PAST 2 YEARS they almost never have pizza ready. So the hot and ready's are never ready.

I called to place an order for pickpup, they sais it would be ready in 16 minutes so we headed there and when we arrived they said there was no order under my name & that noone took an order for someone by name when I literally redialed to confirm I called the right number. Incompetent employees, can't take a phone order!

Twice in one day they had zero hot and ready pizzas. For a business that promotes this as one of their main platforms this is pretty pathetic.

The cashier was fast and friendly. The pizza was nice and hot. There place was nice and clean

I recieved my already dropped pizza to my house. The pizza was stacked on top of each other. The sauce and cheese was sliding off the pizza and on everywhere on the box.. I spoke with the manager Ana, who was unwilling to show any type of empathy or apologize for how the pizza showed up. Will definitely NEVER order from this place again.

Hot and ready has become a lie. I ordered one normal $5 pizza and it took 35 minutes before I got it.

So it’s 10 pm , curly top tattoos guys yells we closed , internet says 11 ,someone come till me out , I’m out of here, so someone in line says one of those days huh. And he said everyday in this place. Me being a chef in the business, Im all about if someone don’t like there job. They should chase They dreams . So like 5 guest walk out , nothing ready what so ever the girl that came to relieve him . 11-15 wait for anything. Just wanted to say good luck with that 😳😳😳

The staff need to focus on customers and on getting the orders correct. Too much loud talking about personal problems clearly heard in front of the store, while one person was horsing around.....

Pizza was real thin and very greasy. I ordered the most bestesed and it was horrible. Always get good pizza but not this time. First time getting it from this location

Showed up for hot n ready pizza at 8:40pm and they didn't have anything ready for 25+ minutes. Go to any other location but this one.

Fast service, hot food, but they do not where gloves sometimes so be aware.
